The two last days I been going to the fitness centre. Finally, I got myself together! I enjoyed it being there so much. I used to go training everyday before but lately I just been working and it has been so hard to find the time. I wanted to change and find something else to do. Then I thought that swimming was good for me, however I was not getting the maximum out of it.   ​I need to get back in shape and to get my back hurt less. So I realise that I have to make a consistent plan.
